Q1000 - no connection

Solution

Hello HKVSTAR,

I'm a happy customer with both X8 alarm system + Q1000 IP camera.

I have a problem which started with the Q1000 camera. I cannot communicate with it (Wifi or Mobile). I have done everything I can...no use (Reset).

I need your urgent help :)

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback.

We don't have Q1000 model, we only have D1000 model.
