can't connect to 4 erobots after 2+ days

Solution

We ran into this major issue in 4 of our erobots
that is set to record continuously over couple days.
All were running well for many days and the one we show
here has been running for about 2+ days till this issue.

Please see the attachment for the screenshots that show the video clip issue, clip duration is 49748 seconds (13 hours 49 mins ),

the camera did not break this video file due to some reason (normal videl clip length is 1800 or 1799 seconds).



When the issue happen, we see the camera online on the SOSCamera app but the alarm status icon keeps turning around and does not stay at Armed/Disarmed/Error icon, the camera is inaccessible until we unplug and reconnect the power cable
We also see the same long video record issue with another camera, the last video clip is 3340 seconds
We wonder if the root cause of failing cut the recording files to the usual 60 minutes
have something to do with not be able to connect to the SOScamera from the app.

Please check in the code if the recording time variable was clobbered by some other variable.

Would there be a way to reboot the the camera when the app can't display the "unlock"

sign can't be displayed but showing the attempting to connect?
