Hi there,

Please check the NVR's network setting, it should be connected to the same router with correct network configuration (unique IP address, the same gateway IP address like the IP cameras).

Dear Sir,

My NVR has 4 Port POE Switch In Built. The Switch has gateway 10.1.1.1

IP camera gateway also set as 10.1.1.1

This Hi3516c IP Camera Unique IP Address is set as 10.1.1.70.

Other brand IP cameras are working with IP Address as 10.1.1.65 to 69.

In the NVR,I selected Onvif as the option and entered HTTP Port as 80 and RTSP Port as 554.

User name kept as Admin and password as blank.

In IP camera web interface (photo attached),i have entered 37777 as the media Port since this port is mentioned in NVR network properties.

Do I need to assign any other vale to this media port?

Are these settings Ok.

Still camera is not working.

Screenshot of IP Camera Web Interface is attached.

Hi there,

We have checked the setting of both the network cameras and the NVR.
Unfortunately, we found the setting was wrong.

If the NVR's network setting is:
192.168.1.108
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1

Then, the IP camera's network setting must be:
192.168.1.107 (any unique IP address in the IP range of 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.255)
255.255.255.0
192.168.1.1

Then both products can communicate/work together.

Sincerely,

Dear Sir,

My NVR has in built 4 Port POE Switch whose Network is 10.1.1.1 (Screenshot attached)

Does it not mean that the IP camera should also have same gateway 10.1.1.1

You can see from NVR Screenshot that other 3 Cameras are working on IP Addresses as below:

10.1.1.65
10.1.1.66
10.1.1.67

NVR Screenshot showing all these 3 cameras working (shown as green dot) is attached.

I understand that Wsitch and NVR cannot have same gateway.

In view of above info, please guide me.
